As a part of my bachelor thesis I had to make a prototype of my final work. In my case this prototype was a mobil Application that helps the users to find out more about ambulant markets in their region.

As part of my work for Gecko-Flow Software GmbH, I was able to design and realise the company's new website and thus the entire portfolio of projects.

Alternative practitioners Schweitzer Website

The school for alternative practitioners Schweitzer asked me to modernize their online presence and make it more user-friendly. All areas of interest are now easy to find thanks to a completely new layout of the site. The design is modern and appealing and reflects the heart of the school for alternative practitioners.

Salzburg Nativity Scene Association

In collaboration with Gecko Flow software engineering GmbH, I was able to design a membership management app and develop the front end for the Salzburg Nativity Scene Association, which has been awarded the Unesco World Heritage Site.

TAF (Therapeutisch ambulante Familienhilfe) - Mobile App for the Therapeutic Outpatient Family Support

The mobile app for Therapeutic Outpatient Family Support offers a comprehensive solution for therapists to organize their work efficiently and make the entire support process more transparent. This app is specifically designed to help therapists manage their cases and important documents while allowing seamless interaction between them and the families they serve.

The Therapeutic Outpatient Family Support App is a powerful solution that improves communication and collaboration between therapists and families. It allows the care process to be more transparent and efficient, increasing the quality of services.

Baumon App

A construction site needs to be well planned so that nothing comes to a standstill. Planning many construction sites at the same time requires a system that gecko-flow Software Engineering and me as their UX/UI Designer were able to supply. The construction site management tool we developed allows administrative tasks to be carried out quickly and easily. The tool contains overview pages for the calendar, the teams and the vehicles. A new construction site can be easily created in the calendar and a stepper ensures that no planning step is forgotten. In addition to the description of the construction site, a team and the appropriate vehicles required are also assigned to it. The next step is to enter the time this team will be needed there. This allows future overlaps between teams and vehicles to be quickly identified and avoided. Expensive downtime on a construction site can be reduced as there are no more double bookings of teams and vehicles.

NOVODAILY FOOD MANAGER

The Novogenia Food Manager helps employees enter food into a database and relevant data such as nutrients and digestibility for different digestive types. The data can be entered directly in different languages so that it is also displayed correctly on multilingual sites, helping customers who have had blood tests to see which foods are well tolerated and which they should not eat too much of. In this way, customers receive a nutrition plan tailored to their needs.

Silicon Castles Tech News

While working as a media designer and UX/UI designer at Silicon Castles, I was responsible for creating new pages for the website. One of these new pages I designed and implemented was the Tech News page where Silicon Castles as a startup accelerator informed about the latest exciting developments in the world of technology, tech startups, and investors.

DF PURE SOLUTION WEBSITE

DF Pure Solutions, an Austrian industrial company, is successfully expanding into international markets. In order to do justice to its growing customer base and constantly expanding product range, the company opted for a customized website solution. This customized website is based on ready-made design structures that can be continuously expanded. With custom design templates, adding new pages and maintaining content is easy and efficient. The bilingual website, created by gecko-flow in German and English, is able to translate and expand content into any number of languages thanks to suitable plugins. Quicklinks to individual products ensure a clear presentation of the product variety, while motion design gives the website a modern and inviting atmosphere. Every element of the website, from content blocks and design templates to images and text, was customized according to the client's wishes. The responsive website is not only convincing on desktops, but also on tablets and smartphones. A manual provided enables the customer to change the website content independently and keep it up to date at all times.

Patientube

Patientube - A platform for patients and relatives suffering from diseases such as dementia, cancer, or hepatitis. It should help to exchange experiences, ask questions to medical professionals, and show people that they are not alone in their situation.

SOS Mediterraneé

First sketches for a website for refugees that helps them to find help easier. This project is still in the making and collaborates with SOS Mediterranée.

BIM (Berufsinformationsmesse 2023) - Online plattform for the Salzburg career information fair

 As part of my work at Gecko-Flow Software Engineering GmbH, I was able to realise a redesign for the Salzburg careers information fair. The site offers pupils information about professions, school education, study programmes and companies. It offers an interest compass and many gamification features to playfully click through the site and find the right profession. I was not only responsible for the design, but also for the front-end development for this platform in collaboration with my colleague.

Skidata - Car park management software

This car park management software is an innovative solution that has been specially developed for the efficient organization of car parks and parking spaces. This software enables seamless management of incoming and outgoing vehicles and provides detailed information on vehicle models, parking duration, and various billing and customer care functions.

This car park management software for Skidata is the perfect solution for car park operators who need an efficient, user-friendly, and reliable platform to manage their car parks. It helps to optimize operations, improve customer service, and increase revenue.

NOVO CONNECT

Novogenia GmbH commissioned us to develop a platform for the onboarding process for retailers. This process was previously carried out via countless emails and with a lot of manpower and time. With this software, retailers can now register independently and fill in all the necessary data. Once all the data has been entered, it is checked by employees and the retailer is approved. They can now manage their orders and customers via this platform. Retailers also have access to an academy with instructional videos for further training to ensure that they can provide customers with the best possible advice. Personal data, contracts and payment information can all be viewed and edited. This simplifies the onboarding process and saves time and money.

SAMPLE MANAGEMENT

Novogenia GmbH commissioned us to develop a platform for its internal work processes in the laboratory. The platform was designed in such a way that it is optimally tailored to the needs of different users and facilitates their work.

The platform includes several functions:

  • Under the "Plate List" menu, users can view existing plates and add new ones. A stepper guides users through the individual steps to ensure that important information is not forgotten.

  • In the "Station Times" section, users can select the stations they are working on. The start time is recorded by scanning barcodes on the plates and the timer is stopped when work at a station is completed.

  • The "Advanced Search" enables an extensive search for plates based on various criteria such as ID number or barcode of the sample.

  • It is also possible to carry out a PCR evaluation.

  • In "Role Management", users can be assigned roles and authorizations, either as entire groups or individually.

  • New users can be added, saved and edited in "User Management".

Thanks to the chronological arrangement of workspaces and the use of steppers, no information is forgotten and users can easily complete their work, enter information and track work steps depending on their workstation.

Internship Plattform

The Salzburg Chamber of Commerce has requested a platform for young people to find internships more easily and get them interested in skilled trades. They wanted to make it easier for young people to enter the trades and offer them the opportunity to find apprenticeships. This was the first design to present the various requested areas and functions of such a platform. In addition, the platform was to be easy to manage via an admin tool.
